My One Delight

My One Delight stands behind the quality and excellence of custom cookies and treats. If you are dissatisfied with the taste or appearance of your custom treat, your money will be refunded. My cakes and cookies are that good--guaranteed!

The Order Request Form allows My One Delight to gather preliminary information about your desired order. The order is considered officially placed only when the full invoice is paid 

Due to the time-intensive nature of cookie and treat artistry, full payment is required at the time of booking. If the invoice is not paid in a timely manner, the invoice will be canceled and the order will not be booked. 

While I use your inspiration photos as guides, as an icing artist, I reserve full creative freedom in the execution of colors and designs. This gives me the ability to create the best possible artistry for your custom order. While I take great care to match colors as closely as possible, colors or designs may not be an exact or perfect match. 

The artistry of creating custom cookies and cakes is a highly involved process that takes several days and many hours from start to finish. As such, refunds due to cancellation will be given at the discretion of My One Delight and will be based on the amount of work completed and supplies purchased at the time that the cancellation is requested. 

Once custom treats leave my hands, My One Delight and its affiliates are no longer responsible for any damage that may happen to the custom treats. This includes any treats that a customer may choose to send through the mail. No refunds will be issued to any custom treat damaged after pick up. I recommend driving around those corners slowly! 

Unfortunately, My One Delight is not an allergy-free facility. There is the possibility of cross-contamination from wheat, soy, peanut, tree nut, dairy, fish, sesame, and other allergens. 

Designs are not exclusive to a customer unless otherwise stated in the invoice at the time of payment. My One Delight reserves the right to recreate any design for any future order, unless otherwise stated in the invoice at the time of payment.

My One Delight will often send a design mock-up before beginning work on the cookies in order to give the customer an idea of the designs, colors, and fonts that may be used on the cookies. The design mock-up is sent at My One Delight's discretion and only if there is adequate time. Designs and colors are subject to change at My One Delight's discretion and according to what is working well while creating the cookies themselves

After the order is placed, the buyer and My One Delight agree on a pick-up time and location. The pick-up window begins at the agreed upon time and lasts for one hour. If the order is not picked up within that time frame, the order will be donated to a local fire station, police station, or homeless shelter.
